More Jobs than People in Nebraska
The American state of Nebraska has found itself in an interesting position: it has many more jobs than people living in the state.
This prosperity, coupled with an overall weariness felt by many of the crowded, anonymous big city life, has spurred the state to begin a job recruitment campaign to attract new residents. Tens of thousands have come in the past few years.
While many love the benefits of a three-minute commute to work, others complain that the state does not have many of the big chain restaurants and features of a big city.
