This week on The Interview, Owen Bennett-Jones talks with not one, but two guests.

Ibrahim El Helw is a French Arab from the Paris suburb Clichy-sous-Bois where recent rioting made headlines around the world.
Arjmand Ghafoor is a British Pakistani living in the North of England, where riots broke out in several towns four years ago.

These two men, both university students, were asked by the BBC World Service to swap places for a week. They visited each other’s schools, walked round each other's neighbourhoods, talked with local people and politicians, and tried to get a feel for each other’s country. For both of them, it was an eye-opening experience.

Together, they tell Owen Bennett-Jones what they saw on their respective journeys, from generation gaps to racial segregation, and what they learnt about their different cultures and societies.
