Brzezinski: US Attack on Iran Brings US Existence to End
TEHRAN - National Security Advisor to the Jimmy Carter Administration, Zbigniew Brzezinski said that a probable military attack against Iran would be tantamount to the end of the Unites State's life and role in the world.
In an interview with Washington Post, Berzinski described the probable US military option against Iran as the end of the US existence and said, "the US attack on Iraq was a clear example proving this reality; now in case of Iran, if any war erupts it will take thirty years."
Criticizing the policy of the Bush government for the way it is dealing with Iran's nuclear issue, Berzinski asked Bush to examine the issue logically and cautiously.
Under conditions when some US newspapers had reported about the United States probable military attack against Iran, the Islamic Republic of Iran called these reports a psychological war.
US officials have rejected any kind of military attack against Iran.
