Muslims, denounce the violence

If it can happen in Scotland and London, it can surely happen here. Professionals, in this case doctors, put on their cloaks of evil, raising havoc in a land they called home, participating in an act of terror to kill Americans, Jews and Christians.
Why do Muslims in the U.S. not denounce the actions of their religious brothers in the Mideast? Either they are cowards, afraid of some sort of retaliation, or, by their silence, they fully support the extinction of those heretofore mentioned.
As American citizens, it is imperative that you keep a watchful eye on your Muslim neighbor as he-she may be plotting your destruction. If you believe that can never happen, I suggest you remove your head from the sand before it is too late.
