silence can be the highest form of communication...

ken je Mindfullnes, Sallah ? Het is heerlijk om in stilte buiten te lopen en dan de wereld op je in te laten werken door al je zintuigen...de bomen, de vogels, het zonlicht, de warme zachte bries langs je blote armen of in je gezicht, de geuren van het gras , de kleuren van de wilde bloemen en het vreemde zinderen door de hitte.. dan staat even de tijd stil en ben je weg uit 2009..
