I don't think having racial stereotypes means being racist. Depends of course on the type of prejudice...

we all doe have prejudices of some sort : due to our ignorance ...mainly ....due to our cultural social ..brain wash ...
but when that becomes an active racisr behaviour , then : Houston, we have a problem ...
not to mention the most dangerous sort of prejudice : the ideological one sold in "scientific" package :
see how the dominant materialism considers ...religion in general for example ...
see how Islam is "experienced" by many non_muslims & by some muslims alike ...

Would have liked to read scientific studies about efficient methods of eradicating racism and stereotypes, may be more useful even if it sounds so utopic.:D
