Palestinians: Rock-throwing teen shot dead by West Bank settlers
Suspects deny opening fire on an 18-year-old at their settlement near the West Bank city of Nablus; IDF investigating reports.

The Israel Defense Forces Central Command said it had no knowledge of the incident and was investigating the report.

The settlers in question have denied any connection to the incident.
According to a complaint filed by Palestinian villagers, the settlers began beating 18-year-old Fadi Kaddous after he and his cousin threw rocks at them near the settlement of Brakha . The settlers then opened fire, hitting Kaddous in the chest, said the witnesses.
The Judea and Samaria District Police and IDF troops arrived at the scene to examine the circumstances of events. A police spokesman said they were checking the report of "a disturbance between groups of Israelis and Palestinians" and the report that a Palestinian had been shot.
