Ramadan, which changes each year depending on the moon, began this year on August 1. The breaking of the fast each day is called the Iftar, when families and communities gather to feast together. The meal starts with the eating of a single date, a tradition that originated with the Prophet Muhammad.

Impressive

but the pics of those hungry Somalis are not so nice

i wonder why those warlords there cannot have the decency or humanity to stop their bankrupt wars there ......just for the sake of the well being of their own people
