Zijn aangifte wordt door het Openbaar Ministerie in Leeuwarden behandeld.

Het bedrijf is in september ingehuurd om voormalig fractievoorzitter van de PVV Friesland Jelle Hiemstra te beveiligen.


De fractievoorzitter was namelijk in zijn woning overvallen. Het OM betaalde aanvankelijk de kosten, maar na vier weken was dat niet meer nodig.
