Dannii Minogue Takes On Tony Blair, Asian Immigrants
In a new interview with GQ Magazine, Australian pop diva Dannii Minogue has lashed out against rampant Asian immigration to her homeland. “Even some of the street signs [in Queensland] are in Asian,” she exclaims in the interview.
London resident Minogue also says UK PM Tony Blair “has to be tougher.” "This country is in an appalling state with the muggings and the carjackings,” she said, and that groups such as asylum seekers and gypsies made her own neighborhood unsafe.
Minogue feels “sorry for people that live in suburbs, who are afraid to let their children walk down the street." She also rejects the idea that poverty is the source of immigrants’ criminal actions, noting they have many material consumer goods.
