A 12-year-old girl has testified against the former Waterbury mayor in the US-State of Connecticut. He allegedly forced her to perform oral sex on him when she was ten years old. The abuse happened in the city hall and other places.
The girl stated, that her prostitute aunt brought her and her 8-year-old cousin to the mayor. He used his cell phone to set up sexual liaisons with the two girls in places like his law office, a friend's apartment, his house, or his car.
