Five Women Say Rapist Held Them Captive in Dungeon
John Jamelske, a 67 year old man from Syracuse, NY, is in jail after police charged him with holding a 16 year old girl captive for 7 months in a dungeon. Police released photos of Jamelske and so far five women say they were held captive by the man.
Jamelske is accused of rape, sodomy, kidnapping and sexual abuse. He allegedly built a two room concrete bunker to torture his captives in. One woman says she was stuck there for two years.
The latest victim does not speak English and she was left at a bus station. She says Jamelske abused her sexually every day for 10 months and had her chained to a metal grate for the first 3 months. Jamelske is in jail without bail.
