"Tigger" Arrested for Molestation at Disney World
36 year old Disney employee Michael Chartrand, who dresses up as "Tigger," has been arrested for molesting a 13 year old girl and her mother. He has also been suspended without pay. The 2 say he fondled their breasts while a picture was being taken.
The arrest report says: "[the victim] claims that Tigger moved his right hand up to her right breast and started massaging it several times." It also says she told her mother after they left Disney and her mother said it happened to her too.
After the arrest, police say the suspect was "very sorry for everything that had occurred" but said he had trouble remembering things. Chartrand told police he hopes the mother and daughter will forgive him.
