Couple Kissing In Public Arrested For Indecent Behavior
A young couple in Kuala Lumpur were innocently kissing and hugging in a public park. School teacher Ooi Kean Thong (22), and student Siow Ai Wei (20) were arrested soon after.
The pair are up for indecent behavior and could face a year in jail or a hefty fine. The couple claim they were just reading and holding hands, nothing more.
The two officers involved in the case attempted to bribe the pair, but the couple failed to pay. Now the two officers have been fined with corruption after initial media reports of the case.
