Son of Sheriff and 2 Other Teens Accused of Raping Unconscious Girl
Three teens, including Orange County CA Assistant Sheriff Don Haidl's 18 year old son Gregory Haidl, are accused of raping an unconscious 16 year old girl. Today the DA showed pictures they took where they used a lit cigarette, pool cue and bottle.
The defense attorneys for the teens say that the girl was pretending to be unconscious and that she wanted to become a porn star. They allege that she had sex with all three boys the night before the incident.
Gregory Haidl's lawyer says that she did the video to make a man jealous. If convicted, the teens could get up to 55 years in prison. The alleged rape happened at the assistant sheriff's home.
