11-Year-Old Tells 10-Year-Old To Give Him Oral Sex Or Die
While a teacher was out of the class, an 11-year-old boy from Allapattah, Florida, forced a 10-year-old girl to perform oral sex on him by telling her he would kill her if she didn't. Three students witnessed the incident.
The boy has been arrested, although police didn't want to. The boy attends a class for emotionally disabled students at the Lenora B. Smith Elementary School and police wanted to get him counseling and not frighten him with an arrest.
Lt. Bill Schwartz, with Miami police, said, "Officers did not want to traumatize him, but there is a policy in place that in order to get this child help, he had to be physically brought in." He is in a juvenile facility charged with sexual battery.
